SRINAGAR: National Conference Thursday appointed NC Leader and Constituency In-charge Khan Sahib, Manzoor Ahmed Wani as the new District President for Budgam.
Wani contested the 2014 Assembly Elections from Khan Sahib Constituency.
President Dr. Farooq Abdullah issued the orders in his favour on Thursday in this regard.
