SRINAGAR: The Director General Information and Public Relations, Mr Zaffar Ahmad Bhat, has expressed grief and shock over the demise of Ms Jasbeer Kaur, Editor-in-Chief of daily Jhelum Post who passed away yesterday following a massive heart attack.
Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, the Director has prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
