The decision of honorable Education Minister Mr. Naeem Akhter to make his Watsapp number public to address the grievances instead of making rounds of his office is in fact a very good step. The people were assured of prompt information by the Minister about the issues relating to school education department or any individual issue. However it has proven to be a hoax or is this a new method of the current governments to fool people.
Many days ago I texted on this number but, I haven’t got any response yet. I fail to understand why people are always deceived by the authorities.
After not getting response for many days, I was left with no alternative but to knock at ministers secretariat address with my grievance. I told him about the prank of making the ministers number public.
It is unreasonable and unfortunate sign that a minister makes some thing public then does not live up to it. The more you work hard to improve the system, the more it gets weakened.
In every country things are being finished with the assistance of bureaucrats but it is very unfortunate that our bureaucrats have made the life of a common individuals miserable.
At least such kind of things were not expected from the honorable Minister who always speaks tall to rejuvenate the system. The system will remain the same as it was before and expecting something different from them to that of the past will always remain a dream.
Otherwise class IV candidates in the wait list would not have been made to suffer to receive formal appointment orders, that too when everything stands approved by the chief education officer. Its a humble request to the Honerable Minister to take action against the erring officer who has not been able to give formal orders which otherwise should have been issued by CEO Srinagar some months before.
