SRINAGAR– Inter Zonal District Level tournaments in football and cricket organised by DYSSO Srinagar concluded on Wednesday at Gindun Ground Rajbagh and Bemina Degree College Ground, respectively.
In football, Zone Amirakadal beat Zone Batamaloo 1-0 in the last moments of the match at Gindun Ground. Meanwhile in cricket, Zone Hawal beat Zone Gulab Bagh by 3 runs in the final played at Bemina College Ground.
Both tournaments were conducted for Under-19 boys.
In other YSS news, Zone Eidgah organised a Yoga Display programme for girls of all age groups at BHSS Nawakadal. A total of 60 girls of the zone participated.
Zone Batamaloo organised competition in 100 mtrs sprint at GHS Clubbed Hyderpora, in which 30 students of the zone participated.
