SRINAGAR- Two Round 15 matches of the 2023 Srinagar Premier League were played on Friday at Synthetic Turf TRC here.
The first scheduled game turned into a walkover as LoneStar Kashmir FC failed to report to the venue to face Real Kashmir FC (Reserves). LoneStar Kashmir has officially withdrawn from the league over differences with J&K Football Association.
In the second game of the day, STFC Natipora beat AG’s Office XI 3-0. Talib (18’), Shahzan (56’) scored from the spot for Syed Tajudin, before Aabid sealed the tie in added time.
In the final game, J&K Bank FC played Iqbal Sports FC. Captain Aakif Reshi scored five goals (30’, 44’, 50’, 79’, 80’), while Uneeb added another in the 77th minute as J&K Bank beat Iqbal Sports 6-1. G. Mohammad was lone goalscorer for Iqbal Sports.
