Srinagar: Senior Hurriyat leader and Chief patron of Ittihadul Muslimeen (JKIM) Maulana Abbas Ansari has expressed his grief and sorrow over the sad demise of the mother of Islamic Students League chairman Shakeel Ahmad Bakhshi and JKLF senior leader Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi.
Condoling the sad demise, Maulana Abbas prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and also expressed his sympathy and condolence with the bereaved family particularly with the Bakhshi brothers.
He termed her death a great loss to Kashmiri nation and said that her sacrifices for the ongoing freedom struggle cant be ignored. He said that the deceased lady was pious who gave her three sons to Kashmir freedom movement and praised the contributions made by Bakhshi family for the freedom struggle.
Maulana Abbas Ansari also expressed sympathy with the family of senior freedom fighter and Peoples Leauge Leader Bashir Ahmad Tota on the demise of his uncle Ghulam Ahmad Tota of Buchpora Srinagar.
