SRINAGAR: Three 12th grade students of a boarding school in north Kashmirs Baramulla district have gone missing since this morning, official sources said.
They said that the three boys identified as Muhammad Umar Guroo son of Ghulam Muhammad Guroo of Badami Bagh Sopore, Furqan Tantray son of Khursheed Ahmad Tantray of Sheeri and Khalid Bhat son of Ghulam Muhammad of Sheeri went missing from their school Kendriya Vishwa Vidayala at Shah Kote Boniyar in the district.
A police official confirming the incident said that the trio is missing after they offered Fajr prayers in a local mosque. We received a complaint and we have lodged an FIR in this regard. The search for the missing boys is underway and hopefully by tomorrow we would be able to trace them, adding: we are looking into matter from all angles. (GNS)
