Jammu – The Director Estates, Ramesh Koul today inspected renovation, repair and maintenance works undertaken in the Estates owned colonies in Jammu city.
Deputy Director, Estates, . Arun Manhas, Xen Estates, . Sheikh Rashad Mustafa and other senior functionaries of the department accompanied the director
Director Estates expressed satisfaction over the pace of ongoing works and lauded the efforts of the field staff. . Koul asked the field functionaries to expedite the works and ensure that the same are completed well before the stipulated time so that the move employees may not face any problem at the time of darbar move.
Koul directed the officers to provide all requisite help to the employees who make use of the HELPLINE setup in the office of the Deputy Director Estates Jammu with regard to the problem pertaining to power and water supply, plumbing works, drainage, cleanliness of colonies and other allied works.
The employees can call on Toll Free No. 18001807013 and get a feedback of their registered complaint through telephone Nos. 0191-2520991 for redressal of their problems on first come first serve basis.
The Director also called upon the employees to access the recently launched website of the Estates Department (jkestates.nic.in) to keep themselves abreast with the functioning of the department including the allotment orders to be issued for darbar Move Winter Session 2012-13.
