Jammu, May 15 (KNS): State Congress President Ghulam Ahmed Mir appointed Ch. Mohammad Akram-MLA Surankote as convener of the Scheduled Tribe Cell of the party and Hira Lal Pandita senior party leader as convener of the Kashmiri Migrant Cell of PCC.
Disclosing this Chief Spokesman Ravinder Sharma said that Mir has asked the two leaders to propose the further constitution of committees of these Cells to strengthen the party and represent the issues of these sections of society.
