96% drugs good quality
Srinagar: Seeking unconditional apology from one of the faction of Doctors Association Kashmir, Pharma fraternity of Jammu and Kashmir Thursday alleged that the president of the Association has mislead people through his claim that 50% drugs in the state are spurious.
How can you create panic among people when you have no proof. The president of the Association failed to produce any proof when 92.7 Big FM asked him to do so. A person has no right to level false allegations and mislead people just to remain in news, Pharma Entrepreneurs Association said.
In a statement, the Association questioned that, on which basis does that Doctor claim that more than 50% drugs are substandard in Valley? We urge him to produce the relevant documents which justify his claims. We will take legal action against the said person for maligning the image of pharma fraternity and creating fear psychosis and confusing among masses at large for his personal glorification, the Pharma Association said adding that they are in possession of authentic reports which show that 96% drug in Jammu and Kashmir of standard quality.
The Association said that it will take legal action if the president DAK did not come up with the proof and apologize for his irrelevant and irresponsible statement.
