Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik Tuesday said tragic incident of Laden Chadoora in which many innocents lost their lives has hurt our hearts and minds and we want to assure the affected families that whole Kashmir stands by them in this hour of grief and sorrow.
While speaking to affected people at Laden Chadoora, Malik who arrived back to Srinagar day before, expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow. Natural calamities, disastrous situations, pain and miseries are due to our own misdeeds and we in this hour of grief should bow before Almighty Allah and ask for his forgiveness, he said.
We want to assure the shattered people of Laden that whole Kashmir is with you and shares your grief and distress. The miseries caused by September floods are not yet over and the wounds caused by that devastation are still bleeding but alas! Due to our own sins we are witnessing more miseries and sorrows. This is high time when we as a nation should introspect and bow before our Allah asking for his mercy and forgiveness, Malik said.
