Srinagar: While taking stock of various Municipal works in the city, Commissioner SMC visited Khwaja Sahib, Jamia Masjid, Rehbaab Sahib, Jenaab Sahib, and inspected sanitation of various shrines and markets of Shehri Khas.
He passed on instructions for up gradation of sanitation at these places and quick repairing of street lights after having discussion on various issues put forth by the committee members of Jamia Masjid market. He ensured the timely redressal of their grievances, SMC PRO Masrat Yosuf said in a statement.
The Commissioner also visited the landfill site Achan to review the functioning of leachate plant and garbage disposal cell. Instructions were also passed for fixation and modification of bins at various points at Soura, she said.
