Srinagar- A young girl died on Wednesday after receiving an electric shock in Tral area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
22-year-old Hafsa Farooq of Uptown Tral received an electric shock at her relative’s house in Chandrigam village on Wednesday evening, reports said. The girl, reports said, died of electrocution before she could be attended by the doctors at the hospital.
Her body was later taken to her residence for last rites.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation.
