Srinagar- The Union Territory administration has attached a Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officer over poor performance in implementing SBMG plan, reports said Friday.
“In the interest of administration Nighat Alam, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner (Panchayat) Srinagar is hereby attached in the Directorate of Rural Sanitation, J&K Jammu with immediate effect on poor performance in implementing of SBMG plan in Srinagar district,” reads an order issued by Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner Secretary to the government.
Kaur further ordered Syed Farooq, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner (Development) Srinagar to hold the charge of Assistant Commissioner (Panchayat) Srinagar till further orders.
