Srinagar- Two brothers were injured by a black bear in Sutharan area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district, reports said Monday.
Imran Ahmed Sheikh and Showkat Ahmed Sheikh, sons of Abdul Qadir Sheikh were passing through a narrow road in their native village of Sutharan in Khag when a bear appeared there and attacked them, reports said.
Both of them received injuries in the surprise attack by the beast. They were removed to a hospital in Khag for treatment.
However, one among them was referred to Srinagar’s SMHS hospital for advanced treatment, reports added.
