Srinagar- A 25-year-old woman died after drowning in a power canal in her native village at Gutlibagh in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on late Friday evening.
News agency KNO quoting an official reported that the woman identified as Shagufta had drowned in a power Canal in her native village.
He said that the body of woman was retrieved from power canal by SDRF team late last night after hectic efforts.
Meanwhile, a pale of gloom descended over her native village after body of the woman was retrieved from the canal.
