Srinagar: Srinagar police busted a burglary gang by arresting three of its members and recovered stolen goods worth lacs of rupees from them. Parimpora police registered a case FIR No. 32/2015 under section 457/380 after a burglary was reported in its area few days back.
According to a statement meticulous investigation using technical inputs, police succeeded in busting a gang of burglars. Police has arrested three burglars so far and recovered two computers along with all accessories and printer worth lacs of rupees. The arrested burglars have been identified as Abdul Rashid Parrey son of Abdul Aziz resident of Palpora, Noorbagh, Umar Najar son of Abdul Rasheed and Manzoor Ahmad son of Ahad Mir residents of Fruit Mandi, Parimpora. More arrests and recoveries are expected in the case. General public has hailed police for working out the burglary within 48 hrs.
