Srinagar: Terming a possible alliance of PDP and BJP in Jammu and Kashmir as a non-issue, Dukhtarn-e-Millat chief Aasiya Andrabi Monday said that time has come for separatist organizations to identify deadwood and expose them before the public.
I have already informed the people that leaders like Bilal Gani Lone and Prof Abdul Gani Bhat were never part and parcel of Hurriyat and they were always deadwood. Sajad Lone supported freedom struggle out of his own compulsions for some time and people like him were never truly part of ongoing freedom struggle, Andrabi told CNS adding that people of Kashmir are intelligent enough to differentiate between who is who.
The day he (Sajad Lone) joined the freedom camp, the day we know that he was a pro-Indian and rest is history, she said.
She said that people of Kashmir are conscious and they know it well who are the pro-India people present in the freedom camp. Lone family was never part of this freedom struggle. Sajad Lone is hand in glove with BJP. Her sister contested elections and their brother Bilal Gani Lone supported them in their adventures, she said adding that Professor Abdul Gani Bhat is no different from them and is also a part and parcel of such category of people.
For us it doesnt matter which party will form the government in Jammu and Kashmir. I dont think there is any difference between BJP and Indian National Congress. Both the parties are anti-Kashmiri and sailing in the same boat. National Conference which once termed Congress as the worms of the gutter, forged alliance with it and formed the government. These parties belong to India which pursue anti-Kashmiri agenda. People must understand and differentiate between their foe and friend, Andrabi said.
