MD SIDCO Appointed Enquiry Officer, Report To Be Submitted Within 45 Days
Srinagar- The authorities on Monday ordered a high-level probe into the allegations of unfair allotment of land at the Industrial Estate Lassipora in Pulwama district, sources said here.
Notably, several complaints were made before the concerned authorities that there has been unfair allotment of land at the Industrial Estate Lassipora.
Sources said that a notification regarding the matter has been issued by the government in order to investigate the matter and to have a fair allotment of land at the Industrial estate.
They said that managing director SIDCO, Samita Sethi has been nominated as the enquiry officer to probe the matter.
“The enquiry has been ordered. I will go through the facts and figures and find out who has been allotted land and how. As of now, I can’t say more on it since I have just received the papers. Whatever allegations have been made, will be probed,” Samita told Kashmir Observer.
Source said that the enquiry officer has been asked to submit the report within 45 days to the commissioner secretary Industries and Commerce department. (With KNS inputs)
