NEW DELHI- Michelin India’s Arun Jaura has joined Hero Motocorp As CTO.
Jaura will report directly to Dr. Pawan Munjal, the Chairman, and CEO of Hero. The move comes in as part of Hero’s vision- ‘Be the Future of Mobility’.
The manufacturer has recently been focussing extensively on its R&D and revamped the existing portfolio with some key feature updates. Hero’s key R&D was led by Vikram Kasbekar for the past few years. Kasbekar will now support Arun on future assignments.
Dr. Jaura has had a glorious track in the technology sphere. His most recent role was at Michelin India’s technology Centre (2017-2021), where he had led the R&D and the sustainability functions. He had started his career with DRDO in 1982 and currently has over four decades of experience in the automotive tech sphere.
