JAMMU: Hockey J&K on Sunday announced an 18-member squad for the upcoming 11th National Senior Men’s Hockey Championship 2021 set to be played at Pune, Maharashtra from December 11 to December 22, 2021.
“The selection trials for J&K team were held from Nov. 12 to Nov. 14, 2021 at Green Field Play Ground, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. While the training camp of selected players is being held November 15 at the same venue,” the Hockey J&K said in a statement.
“After intensive trials Rajinder Singh Kuku, Chairman, Selection Committee announced the team J&K for the championship which included:
Satwant Singh (Captain), Prabhjot Singh, Karanjit Singh, Navjot Singh, Balmeet Singh, Jaspreet Singh, Mohd. Hussain, Ranjeet Singh, Amit Singh, Suraj Singh, Sandeep Singh, Gurjot Singh, Manpreet Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Rajesh Sharma, Ramandeep Singh, Prabhjot Singh, Gorav Raina.
Gurpreet Singh and Tejinder Singh will accompany the team as coach and manager respectively.”
