Srinagar: The Court of Sub-Judge Srinagar has asked the Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK) to enforce its orders regarding granting of admission to a student in class UKG who was denied admission last year in class LKG by the Presentation Convent School Rajbagh in Srinagar.
As per details, the father of the student whose elder daughter is already studying in the same school had gone to court to seek judicial intervention as the school had denied admission even after fulfilling all the criteria for admission process.
Meanwhile, the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Srinagar in its order had castigated the presentation convent school authorities for denying the admission to one Zainab Riyaz daughter of Dr Riyaz Ahmad Daga of Qamarwari area of Srinagar.
