Srinagar: A Power Development Department (PDD) lineman died after receiving an electric shock in Old Town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Mushtaq Ahmad Dar received serious burn injuries after receiving a high voltage electric shock while repairing a transformer at Aaribal colony, reports said. A resident of Drangbal, Dar was immediately evacuated to a nearby hospital for treatment. However, he succumbed on the way to the medical facility, reports added.
