Srinagar- The authorised Apple Service Provider in Srinagar has refuted the allegations of cheating and overcharging made by a customer.
Infahs Private Limited in a statement on Tuesday stated that upon investigating the complaint, it was found to be baseless and fabricated.
“The whole fuss was created as the customer’s intention was only to malign the image of the service centre,” the statement reads.
The statement further said that the company has been providing service from 2009 and had ever-since been catering to the needs of thousands of their customers. ”We are committed to serving our customers. We have ensured our services even in the tumultuous times of the pandemic,” Infahs Private Limited stated.
