Rajouri: At least 33 cattle including 29 buffaloes have crossed the LOC into Pakistani side in Nowshehra sector of Rajouri district.
The cattle crossed the Line of Control in Kalsiyan sub-sector. The cattle which belong to Ram Saroop, AshokKumar, Charan Das, Ved Prakash and others were grazing near LoC when they crossed over to other side, locals said.
They said the owners have approached Sub-District Magistrate and demanded return of their cattle.
The SDM wrote a letter to army and apprised them about the matter. He asked them to make efforts to bring back the cattle, sources said. (GNS)
