Srinagar: The land donated for the construction of Public Health Centre seventeen years ago is yet to be compensated and the psoriasis patient owner of the said land is forced to move from pillar to post for getting compensation of his land.
Owner of the land Abdul Satar Bhat, a resident of Mulfaq Hazratbal said that he has donated the land for sub Health Centre (PHC) Mulfaq Hazratbal seventeen years ago but he is yet to get compensation or employment for the same.
“I have verbally donated it and I am yet to handover legal documents to the health department, but no compensation has been paid till yet,” said aggrieved Satar.
He added that the department is forcing him to sign papers without any compensation.
“Although I am caretaker of sub-centre ( PHC) Mulfaq, I am not paid even a penny for it,” he said.
In order to get compensation he even met advisor Baseer Khan but nothing has been paid yet. (CNS)
