Srinagar: Family of known world Islamic scholar and president Islamic Research Foundation (IRF) Dr Zakir Naik is arriving in Kashmir on August 10 to hold a women centric seminar here with the detailed lecture of Naiks wife Farhat Zakir Naik.
IRF for the very first time is organizing a seminar that would host the lectures of veteran Islamic scholars including Naiks wife and sister. Other scholars would also deliver detailed speeches about the changing trends of lifestyle among the women in Kashmir.
Reports added that the seminar under the banner of IRF would start at 1.30 PM on August 10 and would conclude at 6pm in the evening. The organizers of the seminar said that they expect huge participation of women across valley in the event as the same is women centric and the veteran Islamic scholars are all set to deliver lectures that would cover the issue of westernization and the Islamic concept of women rights.
The seminar has been arranged in view of the growing trends of western life style in Kashmiri women and the related issues coming to fore due to the same.
The organizers said that only women would be allowed to attend the conference.
