Srinagar: The subscribers of Jio in Srinagar city are aghast with the poor network and internet services in the capital city.
The subscribers alleged the service provider is playing down the issue despite being brought to the notice of the officials.
Aggrieved subscribers of Jio said they have been facing problems due to frequent disruptions in voice and internet services.
Many subscribers of Jio said that they face problems at various locations in the Srinagar city particularly in Dalgate, Boulevard, and Nishat.
They said that each time a call is made, it reverts false bells.
Meanwhile, students attending online classes amid covid situation have also been facing problems as the signal keeps breaking.
A group of students said that they have made repeated calls to the authorities of Jio. “Nothing has been done to mitigate the issue,” they said.
The subscribers urged the officials to take their complaint seriously and address the issue at the earliest.
Meanwhile, the Public Relations Officer of Jio, Anjali Kachroo told Kashmiri observer that everything is fine on their end.
“I have got it checked and there is no issue,” she said.
