Rajouri: A policeman died after he was bitten by a snake at Dharmshalla area of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said Saturday.
Head constable of police, Bushan Kumar who was posted at Dharmshala police station was bitted when he was performing duty Friday morning, they said.
Soon after the cop was bitten by snake, he fell down in unconscious sate.
The colleagues of Kumar immediately rushed him to nearby hospital for treatment where he later died.
