Srinagar: At J&K Bank, we pursue the policy that keeps Customer (whose convenience and concern remains vital to our business and brand image) at the center of our operations. We are for professional approach towards business and our customer service is aimed at customer satisfaction that leads to customer delight.
This was stated by Mushtaq Ahmad, Chairman & CEO, J&K Bank at the inauguration of the PNB MetLifes full fledged Srinagar branch, in presence of Tarun Chugh, Managing Director and CEO, PNB MetLife.
Terming the services sector as highly sensitive, Chairman said that approach to business should not be guided only by commercial interests.
We are dealing with human beings, so our dealings have to be humble, honest, reliable and credible as people judge us more through the value of our relationship than through the dividends to their investment, he elaborated.
He described the J&K Bank-PNB MetLife relationship as a strategic alliance to create a shared value for all the stakeholders at the centre of which are the customers.
Our relations have only strengthened since we joined hands in April, 2001. The very idea of the partnership has been laid on the basic premise of facilitating better products and services to our valuable customers across the country, he added.
