Srinagar: One more person died of coronavirus in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday while 94 fresh cases of Covid-19, including 47 travellers were detected across the Union Territory during the last 24 hours.
Among the fresh cases, 22 were from Jammu Division and 72 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total case tally to 126019, they said.
Providing district wise details, the officials said that Srinagar reported 40 cases, Baramulla 8, Budgam 4, Pulwama 5, Kupwara 4, Anantnag 2, Bandipora 4, Kulgam 2, Shopian 3, Jammu 10, Udhampur 8, Kathua and Samba 2 each new cases of coronavirus,
One more death due to the virus was reported from Kashmir Valley, taking the total fatality count to 1955.
Moreover, they said, 62 more patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals—25 from Jammu Division and 37 from Kashmir.
