Srinagar: A bush fire incident was reported late night in forest area of Shankar Acharya hills (Koh-e-Soleiman) here in Srinagar.
The area falls under the jurisdiction of police station Ram Munshi Bagh.
Sources said that fire tenders and police rushed to the spot and brought fire under control.
They said the cause of fire is being ascertained.
