Srinagar: A youth from Noorbagh area of Srinagar opened up a food venture namely ‘Food Routes’ in Gojwara area of old city on Friday.
Owais Ahmad Bhat, Managing Director of ‘Food Routes’ said that it was his dream to have his own food venture specifically for the families.
“Today, my dream has come true as I finally opened up a venture,” Bhat, who has so far worked at prominent hotels in Kashmir, said while adding that the restaurant he has opened up is having a special Kashmiri texture as the customers here can have Kashmiri Wazwan in a traditional way.
“Special arrangements have been made at the restaurant to give a traditional texture to the people while having Wazwan in trami,” Bhat said, adding that different kinds of varieties like Indian food and others will also be available at the restaurant.
Pertinently, the inaugural ceremony was held today in the afternoon in which a number of people participated.
Special invitees on the occasion were Superintendent of Police (SP) North Srinagar, Sandeep Gupta, Managing Director of Orchards Retreat & Spa Muhammad Sahir Khan.
