SRINAGAR: A woman (name with held) resident of Sheikh Dawood Colony, Batamaloo tried to end her life by jumping into river Jehlum at Cement Bridge, Noorbagh Srinagar. However, the woman was rescued by locals. Police has registered a case in this regard, a police spokesman said here.
