SRINAGAR: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Monday said that he is not in a position talk about the arrest spree of youth in Kashmir Valley.
Responding to a question about the random arrest of youth from all corners of Kashmir Valley, Omar Abdullah said that it is the question for Director General of Police as law and order subject is the direct responsibility of the police officers.
If I talk to any officer about the arrest of the youth, you people will accuse me of violating the Model Code of Conduct. I cant talk to any officer on the issue and it is better for you to pose this question to DG police, Chief Minister said.
