Srinagar- JKPDC XI defeated Jammu United FC by 2 goals to nil on Thursday in the ongoing Real Kashmir Cup here at TRC Ground in Srinagar.
Both goals for PDC XI came in the second half with Sheikh Talib scoring the first and Imad scoring the second. Sheikh Talib was named man of the match.
18 Premier division teams from Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh and other states of the country have been competing in the knockout tournament since December 27.
Real Kashmir FC has organized the Cup jointly with JAKFA (J&K Football Association), AIFF (All India Football Federation) and also in collaboration with JKSC (JK Sports Council).
The Real Kashmir Cup is Jammu and Kashmir’s first-ever, national-level football competition with the organizers labelling the tournament as a show of unity, solidarity and peace.
