Srinagar – One person was killed and eight others were injured when a house collapsed during a marriage ceremony at Sopore in north Kashmir district of Baramulla, official sources said here today.
They said the house collapsed at Khankah Sopore during a marriage ceremony resulting in death of a person and injuries to eight others.
The injured were admitted to hospital, they said.
Pedestrian Dies in Mir Bazar Mishap: A pedestrian was killed when he was hit by vehicle in south Kashmir district of Anantnag, official sources said here this evening.
They said a pedestrian Gulzar Ahmad Hajam was hit and critically injured by a vehicle at Mir Bazar Kulgam.
He was rushed to hospital where he was declared brought dead.
