Srinagar: Stating that the recent court martial verdict has once again proved that Kashmir is run by the army and the pro-Indian politicians were just frontline sub-ordinates of this ‘occupational structure’, Mirwaiz led Hurriyat Conference today called for a protest shutdown against the Pathribal verdict on January 31, Friday.
The amalgam is also organizing a seminar titled Murder of Justice by the Sword of AFSPA on Wednesday at its headquarters in Rajbagh.
The conglomerate has also appealed people across Jammu and Kashmir to observe complete shutdown and organize protests against the Pathribal verdict and other injustices against Kashmiris on Friday, appealing Imams, Khateebs and other responsible citizens to raise their voice against the verdict.
