
Jammu– In a significant development, three members of the ruling alliance—Nizamuddin Bhat, Irfan Hafiz Lone, and Muhammad Yusuf Tarigami—have withdrawn their cut motions.
Sources said that the trio was informed that members of the ruling alliance cannot use the parliamentary device to hold the government accountable.
It is noteworthy that cut motions are typically employed by the opposition to scrutinize the government.
