Srinagar- A Free Book Fair was held at Imam bargah Zadibal on Thursday as part of an initiative by the Jammu & Kashmir Shia Association in collaboration with Lifelink International and sponsored by Kashmir Book Depot.
According to organizers, the event aimed to promote education and provide students with free access to books.
The event saw a huge turnout of local students who eagerly participated in the program. Attendees were able to choose from a wide selection of books, ranging from educational materials to inspiring literature, fostering a culture of reading among the youth.
Syed Adeel Musavi, cleric and education advocate, was present at the event to distribute books.
He emphasized the importance of education and the role of knowledge in empowering individuals and communities.
