Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has prescribed uniform for its e-Courts and I.T Section staff in both wings here and Jammu.
The uniform has been prescribed on the recommendations of the court’s Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Committee and has been approved by the Chief Justice, according to an order by Registrar General Shahzad Azeem.
For male members, Blue suit (pant and coat), white shirt, blue tie (with e-court logo) has been prescribed for e-court staff other than Class IV.
Female Staff can opt for blue ladies Suit (Salwar-Kameez) with blue coat bearing name badge, the order reads.
“The uniform shall be procured after every two completed years as per the policy presently in vogue in the High Court in respect of other High Court staff for whom uniform is already prescribed.”
