Srinagar- As November ends and Kashmir gets ready for the cold winter months, Naseem Bagh in Kashmir University has become a favorite place for students and locals. The calm surroundings and the golden Chinar trees make it a wonderful spot to enjoy the beauty of autumn. Observers say social media has played a big role in attracting people to this garden during autumn.
Talking about Chinars in Srinagar city Danish Iqbal, a visitor said that the Chinars in Kashmir have started turning into fierce fire and drew parallels between changing colors of chinar trees and different human emotions.
“ The air is fresh and the rain has brought the city into a certain calm. But look at the Chinar, Yesterday’s kingdom of green today burning in its own flame ! Much like our heart that often burns in its own emotions” Iqbal said.
“The large Chinar trees, with their golden and red leaves falling gracefully, are a major attraction. I wish I could visit this place more often” said Shadab Abbas.
Students from nearby areas, including those from NIT nearby Departments love spending time here. Many use their phones and cameras to capture the beauty and share it on social media.
Aneesa Mushtaq,(name changed) from Education Department described the place as a blessing for the Kashmir University
“The peaceful vibe here is unmatched. The pictures you take in Naseem Bagh are always stunning. It’s the perfect spot to experience the beauty of autumn and the feel of local college life,” she said.
“Naseem Bagh truly shines in autumn, offering a peaceful and picturesque escape for everyone,” she added.
