SRINAGAR– The J&K Sports Council is set to hold its first open selection trials for the AIFF Blue Clubs Development Football Centre on Thursday, July 11.
The All India Football Federation awarded J&K and JKSC with a development centre in June, and now, the Sports Council will hold the trials to select sub-junior level players and unearth hidden talent in the region.
The trials will take place at Polo Ground, Srinagar, and will kick start at 7:00 AM. The selection trials are only open for footballers born between 01-01-2013 to 31-12-2015.
“Celebrating success as J&K Sports Council is honored to receive the First Blue Cubs Development Center from AIFF for their exceptional grassroots efforts,” JKSC posted on social media Tuesday.
