Srinagar- The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Wednesday predicted a “cloudy weather” in the Kashmir division for the next few days.
An official from the MeT Centre Srinagar said that “scattered places” in Kashmir and “isolated places” in Jammu would experience a “partly to generally cloudy” weather condition from 19th-21st June and forecasted chances of light rain or gusty winds during the period.
The weatherman further said there is also a possibility of light rain or thunder to occur at isolated places on the 22nd and 23rd of this month.
However, the weather on 24th and 25th of June has been predicted to be “generally dry.”
“There will be a heat wave over the plains of the Jammu division during the next five days,” said the MeT in the latest weather forecast.
In the later part of the day, parts of Kashmir received a light rain, bringing relief to the people after days of dry and hot weather.
