Scores of prominent artists in Jammu and Kashmir are protesting against unpaid wages and what they call a “nexus” between some officials and contractors of the event.
The artists alleged that Natrnag, a cultural and theatre group from Jammu had assured them a dedicated amount which wasn’t paid to the artists. They have urged LG Manoj Sinha to look into the matter and address their grievances.
