Srinagar- The Travel Trade Journal’s (TTJ) Travmart -EITM 2023 started on September 15 at Vedic Village Spa Resort in Kolkata concluded on September 18th at Sun City Resort in Mandarmani, West Bengal.
This year TTJ -EITM 2023 Fam-Trip with 40 leading tour operators, Chocolate Group organized at their Mandarmani Sun City Resort. All delegates were given a colorful warm welcome with the famous Durga Puja musical instrument of West Bengal – Dhaki, on arrival at the resort.
Sri Ravi Sharma, Editor Sampan Media & Convener EITM 2023, Gurjit Singh, Partha Chatterjee, Co-convener – TTJ EITM 2023, Nirmalya Chaudhuri ( Director),Tuhin Dey( Director) Chocolate Hotels Pvt Ltd, Dipak Giri( Operations Manager) Sun City Resort, Mandarmoni lit the lamp with Ganesha Vandana at Sun City Resort.
It was a heartwarming fam-trip. Entire EITM delegates enjoyed a delicious variety of Veg and Non-Veg snacks, warm music along with cuisine; delegates also enjoyed sea fish items like fried pomfret, Tiger Prawn preparation along with charming musical night. Various Bengali, Anglo sweet dishes were served along with many specialty drinks.
Next morning after breakfast, all the delegates tour operators visited the entire SunCity Resort to understand the potential of this resort for their guests in India and abroad.
They appreciated the natural beauty of sea and land, virgin beaches, green trees and natural beauty. Swimming pool, Ship deck, small water body within Mandarmani Resort, sunrise, sunset, conference hall, luxurious rooms with all modern amenities, grand restaurant.
They found that Sun City Mandarmani Resort is a perfect destination for individual tourists, destination marriage, and MICE tourism is the ideal destination mainly for company conferences, meetings and peace-loving tourists.
The two-day FamTrip concluded with a press appearance by two women representatives of the Kolkata Press Club.
A tourism quiz through lottery and special prizes. Two special prizes were announced and distributed by Chocolate Group Director Nirmalya Chaudhuri .
He awarded two tour operator companies among TTJ – EITM 40 tour operator representatives. The prizes were free travel with food for 3 nights and 4 days family trip in their hotels and resorts in the state of India like Rajasthan- Jaipur, Jharkhan-Ranchi, Goa , West Bengal-Kolkata, Chocolate Hotel Pvt Ltd Prime Park/Suncity Mandarmani Resort.
