SRINAGAR- The Jammu & Kashmir Football Association on Saturday announced that open selection trials for Sub Junior boys and girls will be held at Srinagar and Jammu.
The first day of the girl’s team trials took place on Saturday, with today, Sunday, August 27, being the last day of the trials. Players born between 01-01-2010 to 31-12-2011 can participate in these trials, which begin at 3:00 PM at Synthetic Turf TRC, here. In Jammu, the trials will be held at Mini Stadium Parade Ground at the same time.
The selected girls will then compete in the final selection, which will be held at Synthetic Turf TRC in Srinagar on August 30 and 31.
The boys’ selection trials will be held from September 2 to 3. The final trials will be held on September 6 and 7.
“In pursuance to the J&K Sports Council Circular No: SC/SOK/50-Q/1682-87 Dated: 25-08-2023, the Jammu & Kashmir Football Association is thrilled to announce open selection trials for Sub Junior Girls and Boys,” the JKFA said in a statement.
According to the Sport Council circular, the players have been advised to bring their original Date of Birth certificates.
