Srinagar- A 59-year-old man injured in a bear attack in Drangsoo Mawar area in Handwara has succumbed to his Injuries at SKIMS Soura.
Quoting officials, news agency GNS reported that one Ghulam Mohiudin Malik, son of Ghulam Hassan Malik, was left with critical injuries after attacked by a black bear, while he was working in his orchard last Sunday.
Malik, they said, was evacuated to GMC Handwara from where he was referred to SKIMS Soura for preferential treatment. “He however succumbed to his injuries this morning”, they said.
