SRINAGAR– In the ongoing 2023 Srinagar Premier Football League, a scheduled Round 4 match was abandoned on Saturday at Synthetic Turf TRC.
In the match, Arco FC took on Star Kashmir FC in a 7:00 PM kick-off under the floodlights.
Arco boys took the lead in the 15th minute of the match, but Star Kashmir managed to equalize in the 34th minute. The two teams maintained the scoreline till the end of the first half. However, heavy rains forced the officials to abandon the match.
According to the official communication, the JKFA committee will take a decision about the remainder of the match today.
Sunday will see two scheduled matchups, according to the fixtures list. Kashmir Avengers FC play Kashmir Panthers FC at 4:30 PM, while Ali Jana FC will face Iqbal Sports FC at 7:30 PM.
