Srinagar- Three women, including a minor girl on Friday sustained injuries after being attacked by a fox in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Reports reaching said that three women namely Saja Begum (70) wife of Mohammad Dayam War, Mugli Begum (60) wife of Mohammad Shaban Ahanger, Khalida Begum (28) Shabir Ahmad War and a four-year-old girl Ayat Irshad daughter of Irshad Ahmad Ahanger were attacked by a fox on Friiday evening at Lacchhe area in Handwara.
The injured were taken to a nearby health facility. However, the doctors there referred them to District Hospital Handwara.
A medical officer at District Hospital Handwara told a local news agency GNS that all injured persons were stable.
“They are being administered with required treatment and are likely to be discharged soon”, the medical officer said.
